Hanna HI-6553-02 pH/ORP/ISE + EC + Optical DO Multiparameter Modular Benchtop Meter Kit

The HI-6553-02 kit from the HI-6000 series is a fully equipped modular system for simultaneous pH, ORP, ISE, conductivity, dissolved oxygen and temperature measurement. The kit includes the HI-6000 benchtop base unit, one HI-6000-2 pH/ISE module, one HI-6000-3 EC module and one HI-6000-4 dissolved oxygen module. Also supplied are the HI-1131B pH electrode, HI-7662-TW temperature probe, HI-7631233 EC and resistivity probe and the HI-7641133 optical DO probe. A calibration solution starter set is included, providing everything required for accurate EC, DO and pH measurement straight out of the box.

Key Features

Complete Multiparameter Capability: Combines pH, ORP, ISE, EC, resistivity, TDS, salinity, dissolved oxygen and temperature measurement in one compact modular platform, ideal for water quality laboratories and research facilities.

Optical DO with Smart Cap: The HI-7641133 optical DO probe uses luminescence quenching technology with a Smart Cap for stable, low-maintenance dissolved oxygen measurement and rapid response.

High Accuracy Across Parameters: Provides pH resolution down to 0.001 pH, EC accuracy to 1 % of reading, and DO resolution to 0.01 mg/L, with automatic temperature and, where applicable, salinity and pressure compensation for consistent results.

Flexible Calibration Options: Supports up to five-point calibration for pH and ISE with stored and user-defined standards, and single or multi-point calibration for EC, TDS and salinity using recognised conductivity standards.

Advanced Connectivity and Workflow: Integrated Wi-Fi, Ethernet and dual USB (A/C) ports allow easy export of data in .csv format, connection of peripherals such as printers or barcode scanners, and direct integration into digital laboratory workflows.

The HI-6000 Series Precision Through Modularity

The HI-6000 platform is a new generation of modular laboratory meters designed for maximum flexibility. Each base unit accommodates up to three plug-and-play modules, enabling simultaneous measurement of multiple parameters or samples. Users can choose from five display modes, ranging from a simplified real-time view to full GLP displays with calibration history, electrode status and live graphing. All measurements are logged automatically with date and time stamps for complete traceability.

A large, glove-compatible capacitive touchscreen provides intuitive navigation with clear icons and menus. Built-in on-screen help and video tutorials guide users through setup, calibration and measurement, reducing training time and ensuring consistent operation in multi-user laboratories. Up to ten password-protected user profiles can be stored, allowing individual configuration and calibration data to be maintained for each operator.

With storage capacity for up to 1,000,000 data points per user, the HI-6000 makes data management straightforward. Results can be exported via Wi-Fi, Ethernet or USB to PCs, printers or network locations in universal .csv format, eliminating manual transcription and reducing the risk of errors. USB A and USB C ports support accessories such as barcode scanners and stirrers for an integrated laboratory workflow.

Each HI-6000 meter, module and probe is supplied with a quality certificate and is supported by Hannas calibration and maintenance services. Combined with the extended 5-year warranty and ongoing technical support, the HI-6000 series delivers long-term performance and confidence in demanding analytical environments.
