Hanna HI-6553P-02 pH/ORP/ISE + EC + Polarographic DO Multiparameter Modular Benchtop Meter Kit

The HI-6553P-02 kit from the HI-6000 series is a fully modular benchtop system for pH, ORP, ISE, conductivity, dissolved oxygen and temperature measurement using a polarographic DO probe. The kit includes the HI-6000 base unit, one HI-6000-2 pH/ISE module, one HI-6000-3 EC module and one HI-6000-4 dissolved oxygen module. Also supplied are the HI-1131B pH electrode, HI-7662-TW temperature probe, HI-7631233 EC and resistivity probe and the HI-764833 polarographic DO probe. A calibration solution starter set is included, providing everything required for accurate DO, EC and pH measurement immediately out of the box.

Key Features

Comprehensive Multiparameter Measurement: Measures pH, ORP, ISE, conductivity, resistivity, TDS, salinity, dissolved oxygen and temperature in a single compact platform, ideal for water-quality laboratories and research applications.

Polarographic DO Technology: HI-764833 polarographic DO probe provides accurate dissolved oxygen readings up to 90 mg/L (600 % saturation), with selectable one- or two-point calibration at 0 % and 100 % saturation and automatic barometric compensation.

High Accuracy and Stability: Offers pH resolution down to 0.001 pH, EC accuracy to 1 % of reading and DO accuracy to 1.5 % of reading, supported by robust calibration options and automatic temperature compensation.

Flexible Calibration Options: Up to five-point calibration for pH and ISE using Hanna/NIST buffers and custom standards, plus single or multi-point calibration for conductivity, TDS and salinity with recognised calibration solutions.

Connected, Digital Workflow: Built-in Wi-Fi, Ethernet and USB A/C ports allow easy data export in .csv format, peripheral connection (printers, barcode scanners, stirrers) and integration into digital laboratory systems without additional software.

The HI-6000 Series Precision Through Modularity

The HI-6000 platform is a next-generation modular laboratory meter system designed for maximum flexibility and control. Each base unit can host up to three plug-and-play modules simultaneously, allowing multiple parameters or samples to be monitored in parallel. Five display modes are available, from a simplified real-time view to full GLP displays with calibration histories, electrode condition and live graphing. All measurements are automatically logged with date and time stamps for complete traceability.

A large, glove-compatible capacitive touchscreen with intuitive icons and menus simplifies operation. Built-in help screens and video tutorials guide users through setup, calibration and measurement. Up to ten password-protected user profiles can be stored, ensuring each operator can maintain individual calibration settings and preferences, supporting both teaching labs and regulated environments.

Data management is straightforward, with capacity for up to 1,000,000 data points per user. Results can be exported via Wi-Fi, Ethernet or USB in universal .csv format to PCs, printers or network locations, eliminating manual transcription and reducing errors. USB A and USB C ports support accessories such as barcode scanners and stirrers for an integrated, efficient workflow.

Each HI-6000 meter, module and probe is supplied with a quality certificate and is supported by Hannas calibration, certification and repair services. Backed by an extended 5-year warranty and UK-based technical support, the HI-6000 series delivers long-term reliability and confidence in demanding analytical environments.
